2. Digital Products
Our services involve the delivery of digital products (eSIM profiles and activations).
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only available under specific circumstances described below.
3. Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM compatible and unlocked prior to purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in cases of incompatibility.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
– Refunds may be granted if the eSIM profile cannot be delivered or activated due to our technical fault.
– Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated or used.
– For confirmed technical failures after activation, refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of the issue occurring, with evidence (screenshots, logs).
– Customers must first cooperate with our support team to attempt resolution before a refund is considered.
5. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Incompatibility with the customer’s device
– Incorrect installation or user error
– Partial usage of the purchased data plan
– Expired plans or unused remaining data
– Internal credits or loyalty points (if applicable)
