2.     Services

Nova Wellness OÜ provides digital tools for activating and
managing eSIM profiles. We are not a telecom network operator.

3.     User Responsibilities

– Ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked.

– Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

– Do not resell, transfer, or redistribute our services without written consent.

– Notify us promptly of any suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized use.

4.     Activation and Validity

– Plans become valid upon eSIM activation, not purchase.

– Expiry is based on the purchased plan’s duration.

– Unused data cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Refunds are only  possible under conditions outlined in our Refund & ReturnPolicy. 

Customers must cooperate with our support team before refunds areissued.

6.     Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services without notice if you:
– Breach these Terms
– Engage in fraudulent or abusive use
– Violate applicable laws or regulations
Remaining balances or unused data may be forfeited in such cases.

7.     Limitation of Liability

– Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

– We are not responsible for network coverage, quality, or interruptions
caused by third-party carriers.

– To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.

8.     Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable
control, including natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, or telecom
outages.

9.     Disputes & Chargebacks

You must notify us of any disputed transaction within 12 days of occurrence.
Failure to do so may limit our ability to resolve the dispute.

Continued use of ourservices constitutes acceptance of changes.

11.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall
be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia.
