By accessing or using esimvibe.io, creating an account, or purchasing any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.


These Terms are governed by Estonian law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).


All content on esimvibe.io — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of GeneralAtomicos OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.


2. Description of Services

eSIMVIBE is a digital platform that enables users to purchase, activate, and manage eSIM data plans for use in supported countries and regions. Our Services include:


  • Browsing and purchasing eSIM data plans

  • Receiving eSIM profiles for installation on compatible devices

  • Managing active plans via your account dashboard

  • Customer support for activation and technical issues


We are a reseller and aggregator of eSIM data plans. We are not a telecommunications network operator. Network coverage, speed, and quality are provided by third-party carriers and may vary by location. We do not guarantee specific network performance.


3. Account Registration

To purchase or manage plans, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your account credentials confidential

  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account


You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to do so.


4. Device Compatibility

eSIM technology requires a compatible and carrier-unlocked device. Before purchasing a plan, you are responsible for verifying that:


  • Your device supports eSIM functionality

  • Your device is unlocked and not restricted to a specific carrier

  • Your device's operating system is up to date


We provide compatibility guidance on our website, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or firmware version. No refund will be issued where a plan cannot be activated solely due to device incompatibility, unless activation was impossible and you contacted us within 24 hours of purchase.


5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a plan at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and deliver the eSIM profile to you.


5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.


5.3 Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.


We do not store full payment card details. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by our payment processor.


5.4 Digital delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM profile will be delivered electronically to your registered email address and/or account dashboard. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in exceptional cases.


6. Activation and Plan Validity

  • Plan validity begins upon first activation of the eSIM profile, not upon purchase.

  • Plans expire after the duration stated at the time of purchase, regardless of data usage.

  • Unused data at the end of a plan period is forfeited and cannot be rolled over, transferred, or refunded.

  • Some plans may have a separate activation deadline (the window within which you must first activate the eSIM). This will be stated on the product page.

  • eSIM profiles are for single-device use only and may not be transferred to another device once installed.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:


  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

  • Resell, transfer, sublicense, or redistribute plans or eSIM profiles without our prior written consent

  • Attempt to circumvent any technical measures or security controls

  • Use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure or that of our network partners

  • Provide false information during registration or purchase

  • Use automated tools to access our platform without authorisation


Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any unused balance or data, without refund.


8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the content has not yet been accessed or downloaded. By requesting immediate delivery of your eSIM profile at checkout, you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the eSIM profile has been delivered to you.


8.2 Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:


  • The eSIM profile was not delivered due to a technical error on our part

  • The plan cannot be activated and the issue is confirmed to be on our side or our network partner's side

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error


Refunds are not available for plans that have been successfully activated, partially used, or where device incompatibility is the cause of any issue.


8.3 Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We commit to responding within 5 business days and to working in good faith to resolve issues. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed and referred to our payment processor.


8.4 Refund process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy available at esimvibe.io/policy/refund-policy.


9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if:


  • You breach any provision of these Terms

  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account

  • You fail to pay for services rendered

  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority


Upon termination, any unused plans or balances may be forfeited. Where termination is due to our error or without cause, we will refund unused prepaid amounts on a pro-rata basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:


  • Our Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied

  • We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform

  • We are not liable for network coverage, speed, quality, or interruptions caused by third-party carriers

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services


Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Estonian or EU law.


Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan.


We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, telecommunications outages, or cyberattacks. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if such an event occurs.


11. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at esimvibe.io/policy/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.


Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
